Sterilizing systems for hydrothermic method sterilisation (90/92°C.+) of tomato paste and pasty products originating from concentrators at the temperature of 55/60°C.+. The hydrothermic method sterilisation permits the products to preserve it's organoleptic properties SAVOUR - COLOR.

Main features of the machine:

  • Tubular stainless steel horizontal heat exchanger.
  • Check electronic instrumentation complete with regulator-transmitter and temperature-recorder.
  • Feeding Pump with adjustable hourly output.
  • Heating water motor-driven Pump.

HYGIENE, SAFETY AND RELIABILITY
The machine complies with the conditions of the EC Machine Directive 98/37EEc - 89/336EEc - 73/23EEC. The made of stainless steel (polished for the parts in contact with the product and microglass shot blusting surface treated for the external structures), and the easy disassembly of the Pumping head, permits perfect hygienic conditions.
