2. Format versatility
The conveyor can handle different types of containers ranging from 28 to 5.000 ml, such as:
- Cylindrical or shaped glass jars, bottles, and vials.
- Tinplate and/or aluminum cans and metal containers.
- Plastic buckets, trays, and rigid containers.
3. Hygiene, safety, and reliability
The machine complies with the EU Machinery Directive. Stainless steel construction, the quick and easy disassembly of the dosing station, and the simple setup of the washing cycle ensure perfect sanitation conditions.
4. Fast format changeover
- The dosing head height is electrically adjustable.
- Micrometric volume adjustment is managed from the control panel and is independent for each filler.
- The conveyor guides are self-centering with parallel displacement and a single handwheel control.
- Production speed and dosing are managed by electronic frequency inverters.
- The HMI touchscreen allows recipe management for different formats, fast parameter setting for dosing and washing cycles. By pressing the button corresponding to the selected format, the PLC automatically adjusts volume, height, belt speed, number of doses, and more.
- Format changeover is therefore extremely fast and requires no replacement of parts or components.
